By completing the signup form located at www.onlinedining.com.au/premium-signup you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Invoicing & Payment

I acknowledge through submission of the form at the website address mentioned above, that OnlineDining.com.au will invoice me for $100 for my 12 month Premium Package which will be due in 7 days from form submission.

If upgrade options are selected, a further $50 per option (Catering upgrade or Functions upgrade) will be included in my invoice.

By agreeing to this contract I accept full responsibility for payment of the invoice and agree that if payment is not made by the invoice date I will be legally liable for all outstanding money and any expenses incurred by OnlineDining.com.au in retreiving moneys owed.

I also understand that if I fail in my obligations in any way, OnlineDining.com.au reserve the right to remove any and all of my details from their publications for a term to be decided by OnlineDining.com.au and nescessary legal action will proceed to retrieve money owed by OnlineDining.com.au.

Copyright Liability

I accept that I am responsible for any content supplied to OnlineDining.com.au in regards to correct copyright ownership. I confirm I own or have permission to use all images, copy and designs used in the listing compiled and hosted by OnlineDining.com.au and in any subsequent print publications.

I confirm that all information and data supplied is true and correct and take responsibility for any innacurate information supplied or any images or copy that may be misleading, innacurate or offensive.

Service Delivery

I acknowledge that OnlineDining.com.au, while currently providing extra features with my listing, are not obliged to provide more than my directory listing in the appropriate regional sub-domain (eg brisbane.onlinedining.com.au) which includes my basic contact details and extra page space featuring photos and information regarding my venue.

I accept that OnlineDining.com.au have final control of the layout and delivery of this information and that OnlineDining.com.au agree to deliver my details in a clear and manor easily found and navigated by visitors that access the website.

I agree to indemnify OnlineDining.com.au for website downtime, slowed service or any general interuption to service accounting for up to 10% of my agreed package life.
