Just writing to let the manager know that we went to McDonald’s drive thru at Bell Bird Park at around 1 pm on the 19th July for a meal. Ordered coke for our drinks and a hasbrown and then when we paid for it, were told that they were out of all of those. Thats fine, it happens. Unfortunately, the worst part about the experience was when we were asked to park and when our food arrived, the trainee on, handed the food to the wrong car and when we got it and wouldnt accept it as it had been in someone's car, the girl swore and had an overall rude attitude. I work in fast food so i know how hard the job can be, but keeping your professionalism is a must. Thank you to the lovely girl that came out after her to fix her mess up. If you could please have a serious chat to that trainee about her behaviour, that would be appreciated.
