Since the founding of Elliotts Fine Foods in 2010 our business has grown from just a market stall at Eumundi Markets to a well recognized and professional catering company based in Mooloolaba on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland to now, Elliott's Bistro, just set back from the beach in Alexandra Headland.
Originally from Hawke's Bay, New Zealand, we arrived in Australia in 2003. After working in some of Melbourne's top kitchens we needed a change of scenery, pace of life and to be closer to the ocean.
After making the Sunshine Coast home, it was time for a new challenge and with a 2 week old baby Elliotts Fine Foods was started. Since then the business has changed dramaticly as well as another little Elliott joining the family.
We both have such a passion for what we do and pride ourselves on offering high quality food and service.
