At Emerge we love to create whole food dishes and offerings that feel like a bit like home.

Our chefs are passionate about using local ingredients sourced as close to their natural state as possible and sprinkled with a lot of home made love.

Not only do we teach our young people the essentials of modern hospitality skills but surround them in an ethos that cares about the environment and the future of food.

EMERGE CAFE - 1 STATION STREET:

Our main headquarters, our cafe, catering kitchen and co-workable kitchen hub at 1 Station Street Toowoomba.

In early 2019, Emerge Cafe launched it’s major cafe offering fresh, healthy and delicious cafe style offerings everyday. Because of our innovative co-working foodie platform, you’ll also be able to access a wide of variety of cuisines and dishes all in the one place, and the best part? All profits from our cafe help employ young peope who are homeless, facing hardship or are socially marginalised.

Our cafe opens from 8.00am - 3.00pm, Tuesday - Saturday and is available to hire for functions and events.

We offer Breakfast, lunch and everything in between as well as serving Vivo Coffee, you can even buy the beans for your home coffee machine in store.
