Catering to a wide range of dietary requirements, Hallam's chef's source only the highest quality seafood from the pristine waters around Tasmania such as; Blue Eye Trevalla, Flathead, Spring Bay Mussels, Oysters, Scallops and Crayfish to name a few. All of our seafood is sustainable and line caught allowing us to deliver only the best local produce to our guests. Hallam's was given life by Stewart and Sally Hallam for the first 15 years, the restaurant is now owned by their son Salisbury Hallam. Taking over in 2011 Salisbury began infusing new life and vibrancy into the restaurant, offering an Asian influence and fresh modern take on the routine seafood items you've come to know. The Hallam's crew present customers with an expertly-curated smattering of innovative and accessible seafood options.
