For those of you planning to dine in here or go in person to order takeout, the entrance to Burger Central is actually through the adjacent Ruby’s Bakehouse. I was walking around looking very foolish trying to find the entrance until some lovely people dining outside pointed me in the right direction! There’s only the one counter to order food from and Ruby’s Bakehouse has its own separate menu. If it’s the burgers you’re after, the Burger Central menu is up on the side wall. If you’re dining in, the Ruby’s Bakehouse shop is connected to a large indoor dining area. A bit of a confusing setup, but I eventually figured it out!
After staring at the menu on the wall indecisively for a while, I eventually settled on ordering the Chicken Rebel Original burger ($19.90) for takeaway, which features fried chicken, bacon, American cheese, coleslaw and cucumber. And since burgers and fries/chips are a match made in heaven, it’s only fitting that all the burgers here come served with chips and a house made dipping sauce.
