The Pavilion is our bustling casual dining space with a fun, vibrant and healthy air, great coffee, beautiful food and our traditional firedeck pizzas and bar, open from morn til late. Simple done well is what inspires us and the menu has a distinctive Mediterranean vibe with classic Italian and Spanish influences. It’s a style of social dining that brings people together, where outside comes in, and community begins. Amongst lush greenery and contemporary décor with a Cali meets Positano vibe, it’s easy to lose yourself in this relaxing oasis. Bookings are recommended.

The Greenhouse restaurant is our sophisticated space offering an impressive dining experience in a lofty, chic atrium with akin to a NYC rooftop. An exciting menu designed for sharing, that takes inspiration from the culinary experiences arising from the British Empire’s forays into Southeast Asia. Designed by our exec head chef Luke Brabin, the food dances along the spice trails of Singapore, China and Malay and highlights produce from our best local suppliers.
Awarded Australia’s best outdoor facility, the Terrace is the place for year-round social activity. The menu is jam packed with crowd pleasers and family favourites plus a few surprises for the more adventurous. Think pub classics, healthy salads, moreish snacks and shared items. The Terrace cascades multiple levels of gardens, decks and couches with vantage points a plenty to view your favourite sporting or music events from an abundance of screens and state of the art audio. Embracing the outdoors was never more comfortable with heating throughout, misting fans, auto shades and craft bar. The Terrace is a walk-in dining space, but bookings are available for larger tables.
The Garden Bar
Facing west, the new Garden Bar is an uplifting space for those wishing to entertain and be entertained. The room with its feature bar is adorned with lush greenery cascading from the shelves that feature an amazing array of unique and hard to find spirits. Gins, vodkas and white rums are the flavour and there is an impressive range of tequila that is celebrated by the talented bar tenders. There is even a house sangrita (tequila chaser) that features 24 secret ingredients. The full Terrace menu is available but cocktails and moreish snacks are the order around the banquet seating, warm pendant lighting, tall windows, large smoked mirrors and contemporary Georgian highlights finish off the opulent garden aesthetic.
