Still some time behind the kitchen doors, Hom has carefully chosen to entrust his New Concept of MOMO HOUSE to Head Chef GANESH - and worthy hands they are! Chef GANESH fascination with food and Momo Making began as a teenager in Nepal. He would immerse himself for hours watching is mum cooking with the rich and fragrant herbs and spices of Asia. He discovered the delights and a deep love of Momos . He carries his traditional roots forward into the menu at 8848
