At Artisan Bread Craft, we produce two distinct ranges of baked goods.
Our ARTISAN BREAD CRAFT label is committed to producing beautifully handcrafted artisan loaves and pastries. Using old-school techniques and quality, local ingredients, our Artisan loaves are a testament to the mastery of baking.
Our Artisan Sourdough range are naturally leavened and left to ferment slowly over 40 hours, achieving the ultimate texture and flavour that defines artisan baking.
We also produce a range of decadent pastries under our ARTISAN BREAD CRAFT label, featuring soft, sticky Cinnamon Scrolls and Twists and our specialty Almond Croissants. Loaded with almond frangipane and soaked with a rum-scented syrup, our Almond Croissant is baked until well caramelised and full of flavour.
We also produce a complementary range of continental loaves and rolls under our BREAD CRAFT label. As well as a wide variety of traditional breads, BREAD CRAFT has built its name with our extensive range of Spelt flour products. An ancient grain that is easy to digest, Spelt flour breads offer a delicious alternative for those with wheat or gluten intolerance.
The BREAD CRAFT range offers loaves and rolls for all occasions, from soft Burger Buns and Hot Dog Rolls to crusty Continental Loaves, flat Turkish Breads, Brioche Slider Buns and many more!
