Juan Fifty serves breakfast offerings we all know and love from Eggs Benedicts to Our Specialty Cloud Cakes, side by side with traditional Mexican breakfast dishes like Huevos Rancheros and Breakfast Burritos.
Lunch and Dinner consist of Mexican inspired snacks, beautiful Tacos, our Specialty Burrito Bowls and Mexican Inspired Plates.
Juan Fifty focuses on making the freshest tortillas daily in-house from Masa Hirena, a traditional Mexican corn flour, imported directly from Mexico.
Juan Fifty blesses each of its Tacos with its own individual flavour profile, from the hand made tortilla through to the flavourful protien and finished with its own specialty salsa, all made from the freshest local produce.

We have designed our menu to be Modern Mexican by creating a fusion of modern and traditional flavours and techniques.
We aim to steer away from the American influenced "Tex Mex" Mexican that the Sunshine Coast is used too and delve to explore the more authentic fresher Mexican flavours.
We are focused on bringing you fresh lighter flavours and ingredients, displayed in our array of fresh made salsas, fresh leaves and herbs and quality local proteins and produce.
The tortilla used on our tacos are not bought in but are made in house, we bring the authentic flavour and textures you would find in Mexico by making and pressing them by hand daily using traditional ingredients, tools and techniques.
